$200K to $400K plus exceptional
vested financial incentives based on related leadership and national advertising
sales experience in West Coast media markets. |

Coast Advertising Sales with broad experience selling a music related media
product with B2B, B2C and C2C synergies across multiple media platforms. |
Job Description |

Lead West Coast advertising
sales tactically and strategically
-
Work and sell across all business
verticals with agencies and direct clients to include: entertainment,
music, motion picture, electronics, beverage, consumer packaged goods,
quick service restaurants, automotive, apparel, travel and leisure and
many others.

Work collaboratively with marketing,
ideation and corporate business development to meet business goals

Present to agencies and Fortune
50 - 500 companies in a way that aligns the company's music and music entertainment
products with a client's product roll out, brand awareness, consumer participation
and merchandising.

Build the West Coast office
as a major contributor of revenue through sales, hiring additional staff,
promoting the company to agencies and clients, attending industry events,
leading West Coast upfront, mentoring and developing sales staff to meet
or exceed current and future budgets.

Requirements |

Senior level advertising sales
leadership and senior level sales experience with music related media.

Experience working collaboratively
with cross functional teams to meet tactical and strategic business goals

Experience with large and small
firms with a history of increased responsibilities and autonomy in bringing
sales budgets and revenue goals to fruition.

Broad media acumen across multiple
media platforms to sell multiplex media individually or in synergy for
B2B, B2C and C2C modalities.

A history of leading and mentoring
employees in a positive and rewarding work environment that rewards success.

Strong knowledge of the size,
diversity and associated geographics of West Coast advertisers and their
agencies.

A person who can work effectively
entertaining and communicating clients through a concert series, upfront,
industry event or in the boardroom of a Fortune 50 company.

Ideally, a person with exceptional
maturity who has built and grown effective West Coast based advertising
sales organizations in the past.
