Tony Filson is the founding President of Filcro Media Staffing and is based in New York City. Formally of Westinghouse Broadcasting Microwave Distribution Systems he possesses over twenty-five years of technical, business and creative broadcast recruitment experience.

As Officer in Charge (OIC) of key assignments Mr. Filson assigns senior recruitment and research efforts to the appropriate practice environment within the firm. Mr. Filson is also on the board of directors of associated companies and provides consulting services to non-media entities formulating their own in-house advertising, broadcasting and media services. Mr. Filson is the CEO of Filcro Personnel, Inc. which is the parent company of Filcro Media Staffing..
