Professional Fees

For Executive Identification, Recruitment, Assessment, Attraction and Retention

• Retained executive searches are conducted on a contractual basis and the fee is determined by the total of the first year's remuneration.
• All professional fees are billed in (30) thirty-day increments representing thirds of the total fee.
• Domestic professional fees range from 28% to 33% based on the nature and seniority of the search assignment.
• Professional fees for international assignments range from 30% to 33% based on the logistics required during recruitment, identification and assessment.
• New clients of the firm receive “First Tier” pricing for their first search.

Expenses

Expenses, if any, such as candidate transportation, advertising, communication and lodging during applicable searches are the responsibility of the client company and are deemed a search expense. The client company will be billed monthly for client pre-authorized expenses only. Filcro Media Staffing does not charge flat or fixed search expenses at the inception of domestic searches as the firm has a documented history of conducting “expense free” search assignments. 

The only exceptions are VC, startups and private equity firms. A 10% deposit is required prior to the inception of the search.

Upon Identification

When the new executive is identified all professional fees received to date are applied to a final bill. Any remaining pre-authorized expenses, if any, are also billed at completion and due upon receipt.

Guarantee

Filcro Media Staffing’s recruitment and identification efforts are contractually guaranteed.

If an identified “senior executive” should leave an assignment during the first year of employment due to a lack of performance, Filcro Media Staffing will identify another similarly compensated executive, minus any professional fees.  Junior or less senior level searches enjoy a six month guarantee period with equal devotion to performance and employment
